By using SportScout ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SportScout provides sports schedules, live scores, statistics, rivalry context, prospect scouting, an AI chat assistant, and betting odds and value analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App is not a gambling service. It does not accept wagers, process bets, or move money. Odds, predictions, and "value" analysis are informational and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing in the App is a recommendation to place any bet. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the gambling, betting, and age laws of your jurisdiction. Do not use any betting-related content where it is prohibited, or if you are under the legal age (18 or 21 depending on location). If gambling is a problem for you, seek help (e.g. 1-800-GAMBLER in the US).
The AI assistant generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It is not professional advice. Verify anything important independently. Do not submit sensitive personal information in chat. We apply fair-use limits to AI usage and may change or restrict them.
Scores, schedules, statistics, and news come from third-party providers (e.g. ESPN, Football-Data.org) and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We provide them "as is" without guarantee of accuracy.
You may use much of the App as a guest. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App, its design, and original content are owned by Gerald Akenten. Third-party data, team names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ODDS, PREDICTIONS, AI OUTPUTS, OR THIRD-PARTY DATA.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country or region (including, where applicable, EU/UK consumer protection law and Canadian provincial consumer legislation). To that extent, the disclaimers and limitations in Section 8 apply only as far as permitted by the law that applies to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence.
